“Hi, I’m Mercy! I’m a Honduran artist based in Berlin with a lifelong passion for drawing and painting. Ever since I was a child, I found joy in sketching anything and everything, on napkins, newspapers, or any blank space I could find. Some of my earliest memories involve wandering through my grandma’s garden, sketching flowers, and learning their names from her. Those moments sparked a love for art that has stayed with me ever since.
Over the years, I explored different techniques, from traditional acrylic painting to digital illustration and, more recently, watercolor and gouache. Art has always been a way for me to express myself, but like many creatives, I’ve experienced phases where inspiration faded. After taking a break, I rediscovered my passion, this time with a fresh perspective, embracing imperfections and experimenting with new styles.
